I haven't given up, honest. I've been in Korea, eating fermented cabbage and then I was ill. Not due to the fermented cabbage. And then I had no wifi.
Korea was amazing... I will add some photos tomorrow. (I left the SD card at work, d'oh). In the meantime, here are a couple of gems for you....
Excellent name for a bar.. just not sure if Steve Jobs would have approved...
The only negative bit was picking up a bad cold and cough on the flight home which floored me for a week.
I'm now back on track but I do need some inspiration please! Turns out it's hard to get going again after being away...
I would love to hear about any good paleo recipes or any inspirational stories!
Disappointingly, I'm currently behind in the weight loss and that really annoys me. I was ahead of the overall target but due to going away and being ill, I'm lagging behind and need to quickly catch up. Any suggestions other than laxatives??

Today, Gareth decided that I was going to work hard at the Common! I came back to the office with a very purple face. I'm going to say it was from the sunshine (it reached 30 degrees today - woohoo!) but it probably wasn't the sunshine. I'm sure he does it deliberately.
I was running a lot with crunches and squats at intervals. I thought it couldn't get harder until Gareth made me carry the ViPR running to each interval. All this in front of crowds of people at the Common. It felt good to get some proper exercise though after being ill. Yes, you heard that right, Gareth - IT FELT GOOD.
I also bought a new swimsuit just before I went to Korea. As you may remember, the old one was showing off a little too much to other swimmers. I love my new one. So much so, I'm going to show you a photo of it! You're welcome y'all.

I felt an urge to run into the road and try to touch the torch.. just to see what would happen! I even dared my cousin to do it and promised several hundred pounds if he did. Weirdly, he wasn't up for it, having recently witnessed what happened to a nutter who tried it further up the road in Torquay. It involved multiple security guards (people in grey in the photo) and hitting the floor very hard.
But even better than the Olympic Torch, it's Eurovision this weekend... yee haw! Bring on the euro pop and cheesy costumes - I luurve me a bit of Eurovision - Come on Humperdinck, bring it on home!
