About Gareth
Gareth graduated from the University of Wales, Bangor with a degree in Sports Science. Since then Gareth has worked in a number of leading health and fitness clubs before becoming co-director of Physio 2 Fit Ltd in Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh, Southampton.
Gareth has worked in sport with some of the UK's finest up and coming Go Karters, along with county standard Junior rugby players. His work has also included the physical preparation of the Expedition Manager who tackled the NorthWest Passage with Bear Grylls.
Gareth's greatest passion is helping people to lead healthy lifestyles and lose weight. His finest achievement so far was being the coordinator of a group of 19 people who lost a massive 187lbs, making them the most successful group in the UK.
Gareth currently plays rugby for Tottonians RFC. In October 2010 he ran the Great South Run for the first time, managing to cruise round in 1hour 23mins. This year he is training for his first Military 10K.
